Return Policy

Eligibility​

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All purchases are final after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us via email at customerservice@nme-designs.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a free prepaid shipping label via email. Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect your return.

Damages and Defect issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
